It is with great sadness the family announced the unexpected passing of Frank Theriault on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at the age of 89.

Frank leaves behind his loving wife of 65 years, Gerry; Donelda (Danny); Scott (Diane) Grandsons; Adam (Nicole), Alex (Sasha); Great-Grandson’s; Walker, Axten, Houston & Oden, as well as his sister Claire Soulodre.

Frank was always fun to be around and loved to laugh. He was passionate in his belief with God and family faith.  Frank had a kind soul, and he showed it to everyone he was around. Even during his health struggles, he was always more concerned how others were doing, this kindness allowed him to always make friends so easily.  Frank was passionate about his hobbies and loved to fish spending many days on the lake; he even had his own special spot on the boat and plenty of fish stories. He had even planned to go fishing with his grandson Adam the same week he passed away. When they moved to Green Falls Landing, Frank organized a billiard league and spent lots of time at the pool table with his buddies.

Frank was a Journeyman Mechanic and over the years, was employed by a few different places including Silverwood Dairies and Coca Cola as a Fleet Supervisor.  He also returned to school at one point to obtain his refrigeration license and then worked for Continental Refrigeration. He was always passionate about learning new things and quite often invented better ways for things to run.

A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Peace Parish, 425 Broad Street, Regina, SK on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 2:00PM, with a reception to follow.  A private family interment will take place at a later date.

The family would like to thank the Paramedics, EMT’s as well as the Doctors and Nurses at the Regina General Hospital Emergency for their care and compassion shown to Frank and our family. Your kindness will not be forgotten.

Those wishing to make a donation in Frank’s memory may do so by donating to a charity of their choice.
